Where and how much
We deliver to every Australian address. A street address is best. Delivery is free on every kit. We do not currently ship outside Australia.
Where it comes from
We do not hold stock in Australia. When you order, our fulfilment partner in China packs every item in your kit and sends it to you as one tracked parcel on a courier line approved for lithium batteries. The parcel comes in the partner's plain packaging; your 72-Hour Household Plan and, for the Household kit, the Offline Library setup guide are emailed to you rather than packed in it. You are buying from an Australian business: the contract, the tax invoice, your consumer guarantees and any return are with us, in Australia, and you never need to deal with the partner (see Returns and refunds). Your name, delivery address, phone number and the contents of your order are passed to the partner and the courier to deliver the parcel and for no other purpose (see Privacy).

Use the tracking number to follow the parcel from China to your door. International tracking can be slow to show the first scans, so a quiet day or two is normal. These are estimates, not promises; if your kit has not arrived 20 business days after it ships, email us and we chase it or send another at our cost.
Carriers and batteries
The parcel travels on an international courier line that accepts consumer lithium batteries and is handed to an Australian carrier for the last leg. The power banks and other rechargeable items are lithium-ion, the same type as in a phone, and ship at the reduced state of charge the transport rules require; top them up on arrival.
GST and customs
Prices include Australian GST, which we collect and remit; nothing further is payable on delivery. Each parcel is declared with its contents and value.
Pre-orders
If a kit is shown as pre-order, the expected shipping date is on the product and in your confirmation email. You can cancel for a full refund at any time before it ships.
Business and bulk orders
Five or more kits to one address: email us for a quote with freight and a tax invoice.
